甘香排骨 Kam Heong Pork Ribs

步驟 1
排骨洗凈,以腌料腌一個小時。
Rinse the ribs and marinate with the marinade for an hour.

步驟 2
把腌制好的排骨沾點玉米粉炸至金黃備用。
Dip the marinated ribs with cornflour and fry until golden brown.

步驟 3
燒熱油把蝦米碎、蒜米碎、小蔥頭和咖喱葉炒至香脆。
Heat oil and fry chopped dried shrimps, chopped garlic, shallots and curry leaves until crispy.

步驟 4
倒入所有的調味料炒均勻後,加入排骨和辣椒拌勻即可。
Pour in all the seasonings and stir-fry evenly, add in pork ribs and chili mix well, enjoy.
