步驟 1
熱鍋加入油,加入沙葛及蘿卜炒軟,加入少許水翻炒,最後加入調味料炒均勻。
Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded jicama and carrot, and stir-fry until softened. Add a little water and continue stir-frying. Finally, add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
步驟 2
薄餅皮放入餡料,卷長形,封口。
Place the cooked filling onto the spring roll wrapper, roll it up into a long shape, and seal the edges.
步驟 3
以熱油炒至金黃色,備有。
Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.
步驟 4
炸好的薄餅拌入叄巴,撒上白芝麻即可。
Coat the fried spring rolls with the sambal sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
