燒熱3大匙油爆香調味料,加入材料(B)炒勻,加入炸脆的麵筋和酸柑汁即可上碟。
Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, add in seasoning and (B), stir to mix, and then toss in deep fried gluten and sprinkle with lime juice.
